Re: Revision of Service Charges with effect from 01.08.2018

 

Bank has revised the service charges with effect from 01.08.2018 by superseding earlier circular letter No-MRB/HO/Cir/5/2012-13 /918 Dated 6.12.2012.

 

Branches are advised to follow the revised rate of service charges with effect from 01.08.2018. The contents of the circular should be brought to the notice of all concerned.

 

ANY DEVIATION WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM HEAD OFFICE WILL BE VIEWED SERIOUSLY.

 

A copy of the circular should be displayed on the NOTICE BOARD for customers and general public.

4. COMMITMENT CHARGES

(i)Term Loan

All the existing and future borrowal accounts with overall credit limit of Rs.1.00 crore and above

0.59% per annum (pa) on the balance of Term Loan remaining undrawn vis-à-vis the draw down schedule for more than 90 days.

To be realized at the end of each quarter (June, Sept, Dec, Mar)

(ii) Working Capital (Both Fund & Non Fund Based)

All the existing and future borrowal accounts with overall credit limit of Rs.1.00 crore and above

(a)0.59% per annum on the undrawn part, if average utilization during a quarter is below 80% and up-to 60% of both fund & non fund based overall working capital limit.

To be realized at the end of each quarter (June, Sept, Dec, Mar)

(b) 0.89% per annum on un-availed portion, if average utilization during a quarter is below 60% of both fund & non-fund based overall working capital limit.

To be realized at the end of each quarter (June, Sept, Dec, Mar)

 

5. Prepayment of Term Loan: (except floating rate term loan of Individual borrower and Retail credit) (a)Upto Rs.10.00 lakh- NIL

(b) Above Rs.10.00 lakh- if loan is taken over, prepayment charges @ 1.18% to be realized

6. Charges for giving copies of documents (copies if sought by the customer) Charges for copy of documents for submission to any authority- Actual photocopying charges+ Rs.1180/-

  1. Bank Guarantee (Financial Guarantee):

  1. ii) For bank Guarantee with 100% cash margin, commission will be @25% of the applicable Charges as mention above.

 

All concerned are advised to note the changes in the above referred service charges and give effect from 01.08.2018 with immediate displaying the changes in the notice Board.

 

PART- III: Concessions for Staff Members (Existing & retired)

 

(a) No Service Charge should be levied on transaction conducted by our staff members.

(b) No Service Charge should be levied on transaction conducted by staff members retired   on superannuation.

(c) Minimum balance maintenance criterion not applicable.

Note: All out of pocket expenses to be recovered.
